At Ventro, we understand that not everyone can visit us in-store, which is why we offer an online engraving option. With just a few steps, you can customize your Ventro product from the comfort of home and have it delivered to you. Here’s how to personalize your Ventro through our online engraving process.

Step 1: Choose Your Ventro Product

Begin by selecting your desired Ventro item from our online store. Whether it’s a wallet, cardholder, or any other leather product, you can personalize it through our online engraving service.

Step 2: Choose the Position of Your Engraving

Select where you’d like the engraving to appear on your Ventro. We offer one-position engraving for 250 taka and both-position engraving for 450 taka. Be sure to specify the position to ensure we engrave it exactly where you want.

Step 3: Provide Your Engraving Details

In the comment box above the “Buy Now” button, mention the text you want to engrave, along with the position. If you have a design, reply to the confirmation email with the high-resolution image file, and reference the position in your message to us.

Text: Our default font is ‘Cinzel,’ a sophisticated choice that complements leather beautifully. If you’d like a different font, simply let us know the font name.

Images: For logos or silhouettes, we recommend bringing a digital, high-resolution version of your design. Since we use laser engraving, clean, logo-style images work best for this process.

Step 4: Confirm Payment

Please note that Cash on Delivery is not available for engraved items. Since engraving is permanent, products with custom engravings are non-returnable and non-refundable. After your order is confirmed, make sure to complete the payment to proceed with the engraving.

If we encounter any questions or need further clarification, our team will reach out to you by phone to ensure we meet your expectations. We’ll confirm all details before proceeding with the engraving.
