Warranty Coverage for Ventro Wallet Models

Ventro offers different warranty policies depending on the model and material of the wallet. Our warranty is designed to protect the core material of the wallet, covering quality issues that may affect its durability. Below is a breakdown of warranty coverage for each type of Ventro wallet.

The OWEN 1 and 2.0 Microfiber Models: 1-Year Warranty

The OWEN 1 and OWEN 2.0 microfiber models are covered under a 1-year warranty. This warranty applies exclusively to the leather part of the wallet, offering protection against issues such as breaking, flaking, or other defects in leather quality. This warranty does not, however, cover wear and tear or damage resulting from daily use.

What’s Covered Under the 1-Year Warranty:

Leather Quality: The warranty ensures that the microfiber leather material maintains its quality without flaking or breaking within the first year.

What’s Not Covered Under the 1-Year Warranty:

Wear and Tear: Any damage resulting from regular usage, such as scratches, scuffs, or natural wear, is not covered.
Pop-Up Card Mechanism: The pop-up card holder mechanism is not covered under the warranty. Any issues with the card ejection system fall outside the warranty policy.

 

The OWEN 2.0 Genuine Leather Models: 3-Year Warranty

The OWEN 2.0 genuine leather wallets come with a more extensive 3-year warranty, reflecting the higher durability and premium quality of genuine leather. This warranty covers any defects in the leather, protecting against issues such as breaking, flaking, or other signs of leather degradation. Like the 1-year warranty, this policy focuses on the leather material only and excludes damage from everyday wear and tear.


What’s Covered Under the 3-Year Warranty:

Leather Integrity: This warranty ensures that the genuine leather used in the OWEN 2.0 model remains free of cracking, peeling, or similar defects for up to 3 years.

What’s Not Covered Under the 3-Year Warranty:

General Wear and Tear:  Similar to the 1-year warranty, this policy excludes damage from regular usage, including surface scratches, fading, or scuffs that naturally occur over time.
Pop-Up Card Mechanism: Any issues with the pop-up card holder mechanism are not included in the warranty coverage.
