What is the delivery time after ordering?

Outside Dhaka- 48-72 hours (130 taka)

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, cash on delivery is available. Just select the COD option while checking out on the website.

Is it made of genuine leather?

The OWEN and the OWEN 2.0 are made of vegan leather. Covered with 5 years of warranty by Ventro.

Any quality issues i.e., leather flaking, breaking, etc., are covered under the warranty. Any intentional or unintentional damages i.e., cuts, bruises, scratches, etc., are not covered.
