Warranty & Replacement Policy

• 3-Year Warranty: We stand by the quality of our leather and offer a 3-year warranty on the leather components. Please note that the click-enabled card slot is not covered under this warranty.

• 3-Day Replacement Policy: If the wallet is undamaged and the blue seal on the magnetic strip remains intact, you may request a replacement within 3 days of purchase.

We strive to deliver your Ventro product as quickly as possible. Here are the details for shipping charges and delivery times:

• Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka, delivered within 48 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka, delivered within 72 hours.

Note for Engraved Products: If you’ve opted for engraving, the shipping charge remains the same, but please allow an additional 2 days for processing to ensure your customization is completed with care. The engraving order is only approved after the payment is received.
