How we work
Diagnosis first, then a plan
Most DIY failures start with a misdiagnosis — replacing a whole faucet when a two-dollar cartridge was the problem, or patching a stain that's actually an active leak.
Photographs solve that. A wide shot and a close-up usually identify the fixture, the part and the fix, and then the job becomes a parts list and an order of steps.
The other half is judgment. Confidence without limits is how people end up with flooded kitchens, so we're deliberately firm about what belongs to a licensed trade.
